Armed with a floor plan and mood board, but overwhelmed by all the possibilities when it comes to color and material selections? What exact color and texture should the sofa really be? Cream, taupe or warm grey? What about the lounge chairs and area rug? And the wood tones? Should the window treatments be a pattern, or will that conflict with the patterns on the rug and pillows? So many decisions! We’ll sort through them for you!
Here’s how it works:
Once you have gone shopping for your furniture pieces and decided on all the items you woud like for your room, send us all of your samples* (upholstery fabrics, wood samples, pillow and rug options, etc…).
We’ll put together the final edited scheme for you so you can purchase with confidence, knowing your final selections will look great together.
What you will receive:
If you live locally to Chicago, you can schedule a 30 minute meeting with us at our showroom to review the final selections. If you live elsewhere, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to review the selections and then ship the sample packet back to you.
We’ll also throw in some wallcovering, paint color options and window treatment samples for you too.

Please allow 1 week from receipt of samples for us to review and edit your samples
* Revision means we will switch around one or two fabric, not completely redo the whole scheme if you change your mind on your furniture items and want us to revisit the entire scheme.
This package is an add-on to the Mood Board design service. If you are looking for help sorting through your ideas for furniture finishes and color and material schemes, but haven’t engaged our services for the mood board, please select the “No Mood Board?” line item as an add-on to your cart, as we will need to spend more time learning about your project to ensure the best outcome.

This session will take place on Zoom. We’ll reach out to you to schedule your design session once we have received your payment and completed questionnaire. To ensure a successful Zoom meeting, please send us photos and measurements at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled work session.
Sessions will last up to 90 minutes.
Window Treatment Consults
In Chicago and need help with the finishing touches, like window treatments? Our design consultant will come to your home to design the perfect window treatments for you.
If you live in the Chicago area and would prefer to have one of our designers come to your home, we offer in-home fee-based window treatment consultations.
To make the most of our meeting, we encourage you to come to the showroom first to meet with our window treatment designer (please make an appointment to make sure someone is available to work with you). During this first meeting, you will be shown physical samples of our window treatment styles and fabric options. Our designer will bring these samples to your home along with any other samples they think may work well and evaluate them in your space.
What we’ll need from you:
Email us pictures of the windows + some overall room shots (so we can see what we're working with)
Any inspirational images of styles you love (feel free to share your Pinterest or Houzz board with us, or email us pictures).
