Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within the US and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

How Do We Ship?

All of our products drop ship directly from our vendors to you. Items shipping from within the US will ship either Ground or USPS. Orders for samples will ship via USPS/surface mail. Orders shipping from overseas will ship FedEx, UPS or DHL. Depending on the carrier, your order may require a signature. If you are not home to receive your order, a note will be left by the carrier to let you know how to receive your order.

Truck delivery: If your order is exceeds the limits of our parcel carriers (such as extra long drapery hardware), it will be delivered via freight carrier instead. Delivery times for freight may exceed that of our parcel carriers. Please contact our showroom for delivery timeframes specific to your order if you are on a time crunch.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days processing time for in stock orders to be prepared for shipping.

Transit Time:  
For orders shipping from within the US: Please allow 3 to 10 days transit time for delivery once your order has shipped.

For orders shipping from overseas: Please allow 10 to 14 days transit time for delivery once your order has shipped. Please note that on occasion, orders coming from overseas may be delayed by customs. Generally these get cleared within a few days, but it is outside of our control.
