The Challenge
The lobby, which accessed a few different office spaces, needed a budget-conscious facelift. It was sterile and dated. Old worn carpet ran along the corridor, walls were blank white, and it lacked any type of seating.
The Solution
We created much-needed visual interest by adding a splash of color on some accent walls and hanging bold artwork. We also repainted the trim and doors. We continued the visual interest to the floor with several different carpet tiles in contrasting colors and patterns. To complete the transformation, we added a practical little bench near the elevator.
